Position: Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Sell consulting services to existing and new wireless and broadband operators in North America and other selected Global markets
- Provide active sales development for new business and account management for up-selling into existing accounts
- Deliver sales activity levels sufficient to support overachievement for Red Mobile services within targeted territory
- Respond directly to RFIs/RFPs from potential operators
- Provide monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting with regular progress information on forecasted and prospective customers
- Assist in developing sales strategies to increase revenue potential
Skills Required
- A strong understanding of the telecommunication market
- Experience in selling solutions to wireless and/or broadband operators (must be a strong closer!)
- Strong Account Management and organizational skills
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C level executives
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to develop written sales proposals
- Must be comfortable working in a consulting environment with little supervision
Qualifications
- University Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Telecom or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in sales within the Telecom market
