Position: Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Sell consulting services to existing and new wireless and broadband operators in North America and other selected Global markets
  • Provide active sales development for new business and account management for up-selling into existing accounts
  • Deliver sales activity levels sufficient to support overachievement for Red Mobile services within targeted territory
  • Respond directly to RFIs/RFPs from potential operators
  • Provide monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting with regular progress information on forecasted and prospective customers
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to increase revenue potential

Skills Required

  • A strong understanding of the telecommunication market
  • Experience in selling solutions to wireless and/or broadband operators (must be a strong closer!)
  • Strong Account Management and organizational skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C level executives
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to develop written sales proposals
  • Must be comfortable working in a consulting environment with little supervision

Qualifications

  • University Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Telecom or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in sales within the Telecom market
