Position: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Screen all incoming calls, greet visitors, act as a liaison between the team and clients.
- Schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Sort all the incoming correspondence, prepare and file documentation.
- Proofread and edit technical documents; prepare/edit presentations.
- Manage preparation of expense reports, billing and bookkeeping activities.
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate corporate functions.
Qualifications
- University Degree/College Equivalency
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to multi-task effectively and meet tight deadlines
