Position: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Screen all incoming calls, greet visitors, act as a liaison between the team and clients.
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls.
  • Sort all the incoming correspondence, prepare and file documentation.
  • Proofread and edit technical documents; prepare/edit presentations.
  • Manage preparation of expense reports, billing and bookkeeping activities.
  • Make travel arrangements and coordinate corporate functions.

Qualifications

  • University Degree/College Equivalency
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks 
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and meet tight deadlines
